Exquisitely hand-carved from solid French white oak, this amazing armoire from Brittany features no less than twelve distinct relief carvings on chamfered panels across the pair of doors. An elaborately turned and carved astragal separates the doors, and is attached to one side so that when the doors are opened via the finely wrought iron hinges, one can easily imagine using this as an entertainment center. Even the drawers below with heart-shaped iron pulls and fine carvings just invite you to use them. Bold molding and six recessed panels on each side make this piece attractive from any angle.
