Pair of antique decorative wall chargers were forged from a pattern and cast in full relief with the visages of two noble Renaissance warriors, then given a silver plate finish to make them suitable as trophies in the finest homes. The evidence of skilled handwork abounds in the detailed facial representations, as well as the elaborate border around the rim.
