Location: Baton Rouge

Stunning pair of doors were salvaged from a lavish manoir in the Loire Valley, and were crafted from solid old-growth white oak by master artisans. The heraldic crest motif interspersed with bellicose symbolism forms the centerpiece of the work, with elaborate paneling and molded detail providing the backdrop. Framed by a pair of massive fluted columns with corinthian capitals, each features its original complete frame and jamb, including the transom above, boasting its own hand-carved foliate motif centered with a lion's head. Perfect for recreating a chateau of your own!
Circa 1870s.
Each door measures 90 x 33 x 1.5; including frame 106.5 x 56 x 6.
