Crafted exclusively from select French walnut by the master artisans of Lyon, this exquisite French Renaissance dresser was created during the Second Empire, and features a combination of architecture and embellishment that reflect centuries of French historical design evolution. It is difficult to choose the most attractive part of such works, from the concentric circles in relief to the bas relief on the drawer facade centered with a fierce lion's head, to the intricately turned columns and bold molding, it is a wonder to behold. The marble that was selected for the top is unusually neutral, reflected by the original beveled mirror on pivots above flanked by jewelry drawers, making this set perfect for most any color scheme or decor!
