150+ year old wall sconce is the perfect platform to display your finest collectible! The heraldic crest symbolized a family's pride and heritage, and was hand-carved from a solid block of dense, old-growth French white oak during the middle of the 19th century. Laurels, acanthus plumes and scrolls surround the crest, which actually features a shallow ledge on top to use as a sconce, if so desired.
