This intriguing buffet, crafted from prized noyer blonde (blonde walnut), features a blending of styles, typical during the Napoleon III period, for a unique look. There are gothic linenfold panels on each side, geometric moldings on the cabinet door panels, cast bronze pulls, corner embellishments & keyguards, tapered & fluted columns, plus an upper gallery that is supported in the front by scrolled pedestals lavished with quatrefoil overlay, and topped with a plume finial. The spindle gallery across the backsplash matches that behind the upper display shelf, designed for visual appeal and for keeping things from tipping over or falling off. For the piece de resistance, there's a Cararra marble top for effortless entertaining!
