A gondolier has been immortalized in solid walnut by a talented Italian sculptor with this superlative pedestal, making it the perfect way to display your favorite statue, vase or objet d'art! The top has been remarkably carved to depict a fabric cloth, and the wavy-haired gondolier is standing at the bow of his gondola set in the rippling surface of the water below. Acanthus molding and paw feet complete the work.
