Crafted from select walnut, this elegant bed has been painstakingly converted to accept a King size mattress by our expert staff! The undulating sensuous form of the rococo, so admired by Louis XV, has been ably captured by the artisans who sculpted the wood into the naturalistic forms, then added hand-carved relief carvings from the crown to the base. Even the rail is carved with stylized shell motif. Note how the rails blend with the head and footboards, a true sign of superior craftsmanship!
