Showing a definite transition between the naturalistic curves of the Louis XV style and the neo-classic lines heralded by King Louis XVI, this nighstand will make a marvelous addition to your decor. The bowfront facade and both sides have been inlaid with basswood and oriented-grain mahogany, which blends superbly with the burl walnut veneer framework. Cast bronze ormolu mounts and drawer pulls add an opulent touch, including the footguards below. A sumptuous piece of marble is the perfect finishing touch!
