Crafted in walnut during the heyday of the French Second Empire in Paris, this magnificent antique French buffet features bold Greek Revival crown festooned with detailed carving presiding over an etched glass upper display flanked with candleshelves. Spacious buffet surface is rounded to minimize the piece's footprint, and interrupted only by two tapered column supports. The buffet a deux corps is highlighted with columns on plinth blocks, but the full relief lion's heads steal the show! Bold molding completes the look.
