Charming Provincial clock was made in the latter years of the 19th century and includes its original case with floral and foliate motifs painted onto the exterior which has a pleasing Country French design. Beautifully embossed brass clockface surround depicts lovebirds on a woven basket with luxurious foliates all around. Hand-painted porcelain dial face and filigreed hands completes the look.
