Antique Renaissance Console with Marble

This unique console was hand-carved from solid French red oak to last for generations, and features a rouge marble top and rouge marble panel between the carved panels on the back panel. Knights with shields in full relief provide the support in front, "guarding" the rest of the piece. Fine foliates predominate across the facades, punctuated by rosettes.
