Handsome Renaissance style mirror is masterfully crafted from select French walnut, and survived with its original beveled glass panels. Fine carved ornamentation comes in the form of stylized husks gracing the stiles that define the three vertical registers, and lovely rinceau of the friezes. Surmounting the principal panel, a delightful profile portrait is enveloped in acanthus scrolls and floral bouquets.
