This stunning antique furniture features a variety of attributes not normally found in one artifact. First, this French 19th century Louis XVI Vitrine has been designed along the classic architecture that so enamored Marie Antoinette. Second, it has been fitted with trim overlay on the glazing on all three sides to create unusual visual interest. Third, it has been given an original painted finish which has achieved a lovely patina over the decades. Fourth, its hand-carved embellishments of heraldic crests, laurel sprays, laurel wreaths with ribbon, rosettes and plume finials have all bee highlighted in gold for elegant contrast. Fifth, it sports a raised display arrangement that elevates the heirlooms to a more convenient height, and lastly, features a display shelf below framed by two tapered and fluted column supports.

Truly a magnificent find of antique French furniture!
