19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Giltwood End Table features a wonderfully carved fruitwood framework featuring spiral ribbon, egg & dart, rosettes and acanthus plumes, all supported by tapered and fluted legs  Even the "H" stretcher below has been adorned with complementary carvings, all enhanced by the gold finish which has achieved a level of distress and patina over the decades lending a casual chic effect.  A new piece of luxuriously veined marble appears on top for carefree elegance.
