The unique profile of this French antique furniture and the gentle curves of the feet are hallmarks of the style developed when Charles X was King of France (1824-1830) as is the use of exceptional timber chosen for its powerful appearance. This antique French chest of drawers from the Charles X period, crafted in fruitwood at the beginning of the Restoration period. Four dovetailed drawers with finely solid bronze d’ore hardware with lovely classic lines and elegant shape.
