Cross matched veneer panels on the headboards and footboards of this pair of elegant "twin" beds are accentuated by an arched headboard crown lavished with foliate and crest carvings plus floral garlands leading the eye to the ostrich plume finials atop the cornerposts. Foliates on the rails and bottom of the footboard are enhanced by boldly scrolled legs carved with shell and escargot motifs. All this, rendered in exotic imported mahogany, makes for an opulent pair indeed!
