Utilizing consummate skills, the artisans who crafted this buffet relied on centuries of experience handed down from generation to generation to produce an exceptional buffet. France having mastered the art of veneering over 3 centuries ago, and in the interim discovered the secrets of burl veneering to produce superb naturalistic works such as adorn the facade of this example all the way around. Cast bronze ormolu mounts add opulence, especially when combined with the beveled and contoured marble top.
