19th Century French Louis XIV Applewood Tapestry Armchair features its original hand-knotted needlepoint tapestry depicting a colorful profusion of flowers and foliage, all set on a rich forest green background.  The sheer natural beauty of the apple wood has been allowed to shine forth with the finish, and the wood was expertly sculpted with scrolled forms, acanthus leaves, rosettes, paw feet and a pierce-carved apron for incredible visual appeal!
