Pair Antique French Louis XV Wingback Bergeres ~ Armchairs are sculpted from old-growth white oak that resembles walnut in appearance but is actually a harder, more durable wood!  Upholstered in mustard-colored mohair, each features the classic Rococo-inspired lines that are definitive of the style, with an arched seatback crown topped with a subtle floral spray leading the eye to the flanking wingbacks that curve gracefully down to the padded armrests.  Fully upholstered sides were designed to keep away drafts, and the generously sized seat and seatback were designed to cradle you in the utmost comfort.  The scrolled apron all around features stylized shell and foliate motifs, with cloven hoof feet as a wonderful finishing touch.
