PAIR Early 19th Century French Vieux Paris Hand-Painted Porcelain Vases were hand-crafted with a classic form in the Empire style featuring laurel wreaths and swans on the handles.  Classical Greco-Roman architecture is enhanced by the gold trim hand-applied from the rim to the base.  Examples such as these are only getting more rare every year as the inevitable losses from the ravages of time take their toll.
