19th Century French Louis Philippe Mahogany Secretary features tailored architecture and a modicum of carved embellishment making it the perfect choice for an understated elegance!  Hand-crafted from exotic imported mahogany, it was designed with a bold full width drawer across the top adorned with a rich foliate design in relief at the center.  The drawer front pulls out and drops down to reveal the desktop surface finished in faux leather, with a cubby hole and three interior drawers making it ideal as a computer workstation when opened.  The finely molded cabinet doors below open to reveal three pull-out drawers faced with naturally finished maple for contrast, while the scrolled and carved apron below conceals a fourth full width drawer for added convenience.  Fully inlet brass double-camming bar lock mechanism on the inside of the door indicates the high level of quality for this instant family keepsake.
