19th Century Hand-Painted Delft Blue & White Wall Plaque is a beautiful and decorative example of the porcelain maker's art!  Using rich cobalt blue, the artist, who has signed the work, created a Rococo border centered with a stylized shell on the top and a lush seaside scene complete with a windmill as the composition.
