Antique Framed Oil Painting on Canvas by Ernest Midi (1878-1938) ~ "Azalea".  The soft pinks azaleas in full bloom placed in hand cut crystal vase characterize the scene of this blushingly beautiful Still Life Painting.  The artist was skilled in post-impressionist techniques and has used an intriguing neutral yet somewhat contrasting background hinting at additional lush foliage in the surroundings.  Survives in its original frame.
