Peret depicts a home with a spectacular view, indeed!  Possibly a gift from the artist to his gracious host, it shows a breathtaking mountain vista with the intriguing placement of small trees indicating a potential source of fresh fruit.  Note the wildflowers blooming, indicating an early Springtime depiction.  Survives in its original frame.
