Antique Renaissance Octagonal Center Table ~ End Table

Antique Renaissance Octagonal Center Table ~ End Table was fashioned from solid oak, and features carved detail from the surface to the teardrop feet!  Octagonal top is lavished with gadrooned edges and foliate carvings, supported by a finely carved eight-section apron.  The apron carvings alternate between floral and foliate designs with scrollwork and every other apron carved with a pair of cherubs and elaborate rosettes and foliate flourishes.   Barley twist legs accented with rosettes and carved corbels are connected with barley twist stretchers to provide elegant support.
