Antique French Renaissance Octagonal Petite End Table ~ Lamp Table

Antique French Renaissance Octagonal Petite End Table ~ Lamp Table was crafted from solid fruitwood and features an eight-sided top with carved foliates around the perimeter with a gadrooned edge overlooking eight aprons carved with stylized foliates and fishscale .  On every other apron section there appears a pair of corbels mated together which match the corbels flanking the adjacent aprons upon which are mounted the four legs.  The legs combine fine turned detailing plus urn motifs carved in the middle and are connected with carved stretchers below then finished off with teardrop feet.
