18th Century French Louis XIV Whitewashed Wardrobe will command a stately presence in any room!  The boldly arched crown is composed of multiple tiers of molding, which culminate in the mitered corners on each side.  The arches of the doors underneath follow the contour of the crown, with incredible molded detail defining the forms.  Thanks to the externally mounted brass hinges, the doors open wide making this an excellent choice for an entertainment center!  Note the hand-forged door latches above and below on the interior of the left door.  The distinctive lower tier is a spacious three drawer commode with complementary mitered corners, and the tailored drawer facades are punctuated by Rococo-inspired cast bronze pulls and key guards.  The whitewashed finish allows the natural beauty of the wood to shine forth yet softens the visual effect.
