19th Century French Louis Philippe Period Cherrywood Buffet is a testament to the talents of the more rural artisans surrounding the central cities of Paris and Lyon, where indigenous woods, in this case old cherry trees that no longer produced fruit, creating incredibly naturalistic forms and sturdy furniture!  The sheer beauty of the naturally aged wood is ideal for more casual decors.  This example is very shallow, creating a minimal impact on traffic through the room.  Storage is abundant, afforded by three drawers and three cabinets, accented with brass pulls and key guards.
