Antique French Louis XV Painted Daybed ~ Sofa

Antique French Louis XV Painted Daybed ~ Sofa is the ideal choice for the efficient floor plan!  Serving as a gracious and comfortable sofa by day, it can be used to sleep one child or adult at night when guests arrive.  Set was upholstered in mohair which is very well preserved, including two bolsters and five throw pillows which provide a multitude of comfort combinations!  The graceful lines of the Louis XV style were performed by the craftsmen with deft skill, and include elegantly scrolled sideboards, apron, and legs, all enhanced by the finely trimmed molding and patina of the painted finish.  Escargot tips on the feet complete the look!
