19th Century French Regence Carved End Table

19th Century French Regence Carved End Table is a splendid expression of the style!  Rendered from solid oak, it features an elegantly contoured and beveled top surrounding a parquet center.  The apron below is contoured to follow the lines of the top, and is richly carved with shell, floral and foliate motifs with cross-hatching on the flats.  Graceful cabriole legs have been lavished with shell, floral and foliate carvings as well, and are tipped with hoof feet.
