19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Dessert Buffet ~ Sideboard was crafted with the magnificence of classic architecture and style that dates back to the ancient Greeks and Romans!  A relatively shallow and narrow design, it is under 20" deep from the wall, and under four feet in width, making it fit where most pieces of its type will not.  Topped with beautifully veined marble, it features fine molding detail from top edge to base, with fluting, spiral ribbon, rosettes and floral sprays carved into the facade for fine visual interest.  Cast bronze ring pulls onthe drawers complement the bronze key guards on the cabinet doors below.  Such a design creates display and serving space on top as well as the full width shelf below which is flanked by tapered & fluted columns.  Surprising storage is also a great feature within the cabinets and drawers.  Hand-crafted from solid oak to last for generations!
