Exquisitely crafted during the latter years of the 19th Century, this elegant French Marble Top Commode features subtle bowfront lines on the drawer facade and serpentine lines on each side.  Lavished with Mahogany veneer which has been oriented by wood grain to create visual appeal, it was also designed with scrolled cornerposts.  Bronze ormolu mounts include full-length detailed corner guards, intricately cast drawer pulls, keyguards and a foliate flourish on the apron.  Contoured and beveled Sienna marble tops off the perfect package!
