19th Century Onyx, Bronze & Hand-Painted Enamel Holy Water Font is a master work of craftsmanship, and represents the epitome of devotional works that were performed all over Europe for centuries!  Created during the Art Nouveau period, the hand-painted cameo in enamel was inspired by the work of Rafael of 16th century Renaissance Italy. Mounted on green onyx with cast bronze surrounding the cameo, it was hand crafted in Paris at the end of 19th century.  There are a few minor chips in the onyx, which is perfectly understandable given its age.

Exceptionally beautiful and rare!
