FINAL SALE!

19th century Renaissance Revival armchairs in solid oak, executed in the stately Louis XIII manner and designed to accompany the matching sofa from the same parlor suite. The frames are distinguished by spiral barley twist legs and arm supports, carved cresting, and pierced backs adorned with symmetrical foliate ornament inspired by 17th century French Renaissance design.
The seat height corresponds exactly with the sofa, creating a harmonious and well-proportioned seating arrangement. Placed together, the sofa and armchairs form a dignified and inviting setting appropriate for a formal parlor, study, or library.
The oak retains a rich patina that beautifully emphasizes the depth of carving and the architectural strength of the design. As part of the original suite, these armchairs were intended to flank the sofa, establishing balance and visual presence within the room.
Matching side chairs from the same ensemble are also available, allowing for a complete and cohesive furnishing scheme.
Upholstery is in serviceable condition and may be reupholstered if desired.

If you act fast, the original matching sofa and set of 4 chairs are still available as of this writing.  See Related Products below left.
