Mid-Century Blue Glass Vase by Saint Gobain is an attractive, ornamental accessory created by the glassworkers of the storied company that dates back 350 years!  Founded by Louis XIV to originally create primarily windows and mirrors, it was no doubt employed in the creation of his architectural masterpiece at Versailles.  Continuously operating for over three centuries, during the middle of the 20th century the company diversified into a wider variety of glass products, this vase being one of them.  The blue coloration is a rich cobalt hue, with pressed indentations for visual effect.
