Here is a gorgeous 19th Century Country French Painted Louis XVI Style Trumeau Mirror boasting its original patina grey painted finish which has acquired a wonderful patina over the past century.  The bold relief on the top panel has been hand-carved to depict floral, ribbon and bagpipe motifs with a lovely romantic form.  The original mirror is softly aged with some silvering distress to add character.  This piece is a classic romantic French find, perfect for a console, commode or above the sideboard.
