19th Century French Louis XVI Walnut Bed is a masterwork of the cabinetmaker's art!  The headboard immediately draws attention topped with an incredibly sculpted crown depicting an archer's bow form, en arbalette, centered with a wreath of roses and wildflowers held together with ribbon and accented with acanthus plumes, which continue outward to the corners with graceful flourishes.  Matching tapered, spiral fluted and carved columns appear on every corner, with the footboard a masterpiece of full relief sculpture depicting a wreath of roses and rose garlands with ribbon, all set in a double frame.  Even the rails and apron are adorned with spiral ribbon and acanthus rosettes!
The bed accommodates a full mattress, but can be customized to accept queen (contact 214-742-5800 for details)
