19th Century Dutch Renaissance Wall Vitrine is perfect for keeping a collection of small valuable items dust-free and on full display!  Hand-crafted from old-growth oak, it features a finely molded casework with a bold crown that also can serve as a shallow shelf display space.  Under the crown is a beautifully carved bonnet with neoclassical theme, centered with an urn flanked by foliates, all hand-carved in relief.  The subtly arched opening of the door is accented with foliates and a bunting design that is replicated on the face of the adjustable shelves within.  The door is flanked by fluted & carved pilasters with Corinthian capitals on each corner, with sides that are also glazed and adorned in a miniaturized version of the main facade.  Also suitable as a table top or counter top display cabinet, such pieces were situated in a place of honor for the owner to show off his most prized possessions!
