PAIR Napoleon III Period Mahogany Vitrines ~ Buffets are a truly rare find!  Perfect for creating a symmetrical look for the room, each has been hand-crafted from exotic imported mahogany for the exterior, and native bird's eye maple on the interior, each represents a masterpiece of the cabinetmaker's art.  The boldly molded top displays a subtle serpentine form and overlooks the full width drawer which was lavished with foliate flourishes and a carved pull centered on a floral rosette.  The rounded cornerposts are adorned with rosettes and shell motifs, and flank the pair of doors fitted with glazing set in a beautifully scrolled framework.  A tailored base and carved bun feet complete the facade, but the craftsmanship continues inside, where the entire interior is finished with bird's eye maple veneering even on the single adjustable shelf so that you an display your finest with flair and elegance!
