Vintage Rustic English Corner Cabinet ~ Vitrine

Vintage Rustic English Corner Cabinet ~ Vitrine is the ideal choice to not only display family heirlooms and keepsakes, but to also utilize an otherwise unused corner of the room!  Hand-crafted from solid oak, it features charming carved detail surrounding the arched upper tier, glazed with six panes.  The carvings depict rosettes and scrollwork above, with fluted pilasters to each side.  A subtle tier of molding separates the glazed upper tier from the enclosed cabinet below, which is embellished with an upper panel carved with large demilune forms, and tailored square panels below that.  Both upper and lower tier are flanked from crown to base with mitered, fluted corners.  Access to the shelved interior is via turned wooden knobs, with quaint swiveling wooden door catches to complete the look.
