Antique French Louis Philippe Cherrywood Triple Bookcase ~ Bibliotheque is a splendid interpretation of the style, performed in a more modern fashion, yet using fine cherry hardwood to create a beautiful, naturalistic effect on a large but not domineering scale.  The tailored lines of the style dictate a rectilinear casework, with corbel style pediment feet and serpentine molding forms used for the crown above as well as the drawer tier at the middle which serves as a boundary between the discreet cabinet storage below and the triple display tier above fitted with beveled glass.  The cabinets below are fitted with a single shelf that traverses the entire width for two very usable surfaces.  The three drawers provide lots of storage for smaller items, and the upper tier follows the same trend but with three shelves for a total of four surfaces to display your family's finest, or your special collection.  A great combination of understated elegance with a casual effect perfect for a wide variety of decors!
