19th Century French Louis XVI Giltwood Salon Chair with Mohair displays meticulous hand-carved sculpture adorning the framework from the arched seat back crown to the tips of the feet!  Motifs include acanthus plumes, laurel bundles, crossed arrows, spiral ribbon, fluting and wheat reeding.  Upholstery is luxurious mohair in a lovely green.  The gold finish has achieved a stunning patina over the past century, making this an excellent selection for occasional use as well as accentuating one's decor.
