19th Century French Louis XVI Painted Salon Chair is the perfect choice to provide a classical accent in an occasional chair that is sized to fit in the corner of the bedroom, or any room where an extra seat is needed from time to time.  Simply but sturdily constructed using techniques proven over the centuries, it features turned legs and stretchers supporting a pastel fabric seat, with two uprights connected with subtly arched horizontal splats, each accented with carved detail.  The painted finish has achieved a charming patina over the decades, only adding to the allure.
