Antique Delft Hand-Painted Blue & White Lidded Urn is yet another example of the fine ceramics that hail from the Delfts region of Holland. This example was hand-painted using rich cobalt blue in the Italian style, with bold floral and foliate patterns encircling the entire work. The dome of the lid also happens to be a common architectural feature from the region, with a slightly flared base for stability and elegance of form. An excellent choice for any decorative scheme!
