The splendor of the Renaissance has been captured in hand carved solid oak with this 19th Century Antique Wall Clock!  Artistically a celebration nature, it features carved oak leaves and acorns on both sides and an acanthus plume on the scrolled crown.  Acanthus sculpted detail covers the works, which are surrounded by inset hand-painted porcelain Roman numerals.  The entire face hinges up to access the pendulum for restarts when one forgets to wind it.  Original brass hands with trefoil motifs add the perfect finishing touch.
