19th Century Dutch Hall Tree with 18th Century Delft Tiles will create a special welcoming entryway for any home!  Hand-crafted from dense, old-growth oak to last for centuries, it features a neoclassical architecture that includes tailored molding, colonnades across the center flanked by fluted pilasters, and scrolled corbels supporting a demilune shelf for a flower vase, and on each side holding the brass umbrella and cane rack.  Horizontal tiers of incised bordering and Greek coin combine with the contoured apron for fine visual appeal.  Brass hangers and the original brass drip pan add character, but one's eyes are still immediately drawn to the two century-old hand-painted Delft tiles across the upper tier, which was common practice for many furniture makers paying homage to the ancient traditions of the ceramics industry while repurposing the tiles for the next few generations to enjoy!
