Antique French Hand Carved Louis XVI Painted Console

Antique French Hand Carved Louis XVI Painted Console was painted in a lovely ivory color, then the bas-relief carved accents from top to bottom were highlighted in a lovely contrasting charcoal color.  A perfect choice for the Paris Country look in a diminutive space, it is ideal for niches, stairwell landings, and other cozy spots.  One double scrolled leg with carved accents provides support, therefore it's designed to be mounted to the wall.  The leg is beautifully scrolled at the top and carved with Greek coin overlay down the upper face.
