Antique Italian Neoclassical Painted Console with Travertine Top will make a timeless accent to any room, especially foyers, hallways, stairwell landings, or anywhere a minimal footprint is desired!  Having four legs for support even makes it a great candidate as a sofa table.  Elegant tapered and carved legs are fluted and adorned with a tassel motif, which is accentuated by the subtle burgundy and gold highlighting.  The apron is amazing, with curved sides and a full apron across the front pierce carved with Greek coin motif bordered by egg & dart molding.  Under the front apron, a bold acanthus flourish adds visual impact.  Topped with contoured and beveled travertine, the entire effect is a soft classicism enhanced by the style of the design and the patina of the painted finish.
