19th Century French Louis XV Walnut Writing Table ~ End Table will make a great addition to any room!  Finished on all four sides, it works just as well in the center of the room as it does against a wall.  Hand-crafted from sumptuous French walnut, it boasts a surface with a single plank surrounded on three sides by contoured, beveled framework, while on on one side the edge is straight making it easier for placement against a wall.  A beautifully contoured apron surrounds the entire perimeter, with one side being a full width drawer, elegantly carved, and that opens to reveal surprising storage.  Support is provided by four gracefully scrolled cabriole legs that have been carved on the shoulders and tipped with escargot feet.  Elegant from all angles, it is an ideal choice for any room, ready to provide an attractive yet functional surface for most any purpose.
